Go for a coffee during the day time or a drink at night. Beautiful central counter, decoration is a perfect mix of vintage and new. Love the mood there, everyone is chatty, especially on the patio during summer time. Plus, happy hours is interesting, Spritz 5 euros, why resist?

My favorite bistrot: great food (very good burger), reasonnable prices, typically Parisian (a few movie scenes were sot there including from Before Sunset). A bit far from home (30min by metro line 4 and 9 to Charonne ) but it's close from République and Oberkampf, the best area for bars.

You've probably seen this café in a movie (Before Sunset, among others). Nice terrace.

An elegant & Vintage café where a lot of movies have been & are still shot. One of the most famous one : "Before Sunset", with Julie Delpy & Ethan Hawke. Perhaps take a coffee with Mr Georges Clooney?
