The house was very clean. Host was very polite and helpful. Definitely would rebook if I were to come back to San Diego.

Just about everything in this house needs to be replaced; grill, pool table, ping pong table, linens, dishes, televisions, etc. Price is OK, but house is pretty sad.

We have stayed at a number of Airbnbs with our two kids (ages almost 6 and almost 8) and sadly this house we would not recommend. The house smelled of mold and was generally not in great shape -- peeling paint, spills on the pool table, scratches and dents in the walls, messes in cabinets, and missing basic supplies in the kitchen, including a can opener and colander. A burner on the stove didn't work. We were surprised to find that the bathrooms didn't have shampoo or soap and though laundry was advertised there was no laundry detergent. Ram was kind and supplied our family with these essentials after we asked about each of them, but we would not recommend this house.

Very happy with the house and the host Ramkumar. He was always available and answered our calls when we had questions. Will book again!
