They infuse their Nicaraguan & Lebanese heritage with a Japanese aesthetic. Brewing their own sake & sake infused beers brought something new to Miami. Beyond being innovative, they are educated as well. Mari & Haidar are both sake Somms, beer somms, Mari is a wine somm & Haidar is the sixth Master of Sake in the world
