Dürümzade is one of the restaurants on the Istanbul They specialize in dürüm, a type of sandwich made by rolling flatbread around döner kebab fillings. It is just a few minutes’ walk from İstiklâl street.

Made famous by Anthony Bourdain's 'No reservations' show. The bread on these dürüms is more-ish. Remember the spicy one is called 'Adana' and the plain one 'Urfa'

This place churns out the best durums kebabs in the city at all hours. Awesome as a lunch dinner or after a night out of drinking. Also they have great soup! Anthony Bourdain did a review here.
