Great place to eat. You could also walk up the gap or strickeen mountain and then call into Kate’s for a bit to eat.

Kate's is a Traditional Bar and restaurant. Great for Irish music at night. All the Locals go there. It has souvenir shop and adventure activities. Ponies to go over the Gap of Dunloe and Pat Falvey

Very old traditional cottage at the start of the Gap of Dunloe tour, has good pub food during the day & very good restaurant at night time. Also has traditional music most nights.
