Serving locals since since 1930s, this iconic wine bar and restaurant is located just opposite the Nova Cinema near the corner of Lygon and Elgin Street. There’s also a charming beer garden on the roof for warm nights.

Jimmy Watson has been around forever and it never gets old. European dishes in a charming, old-school spot with an open kitchen, courtyard and rooftop bar. You won't be disappointed.

BEHIND Jimmy Watson's is a bar called The Wolf's Lair. It doesn't even come up on Google maps yet! This little place is a gem. Cozy and intimate in the front, chilled in the courtyard & views up stairs on the little rooftop!
