There's a fabulous thatched house (How Hill House) in the middle of stunning gardens, views to the River Ant, wetlands, historic windmills and woodlands. They offer tearooms, open gardens and venue hire. Checkout their website howhilltrust.org.uk for more information

A great place for a picnic, on the banks of the River Ant, there is a nature reserve and formal gardens along with trips on the electric eel boat and the chance to wander around an original marsh mans cottage

House shut for covid 19 but Toad Hole marshman's cottage and nature trails open.Superb views of Broads at this environmental study centre. Manager lives next door to us. Good walks, views of the Norfolk Broads for artists, birders and photographers. A wonder of natural England!

A nature reserve and environmental study project, this stunning building and grounds will take your breath away. Extensive grounds backing onto the Broads and a little café at Toad Cottage for an ice-cream and coffee.
