Eggsentric is a quirky cafe, with great outdoor seating. There are sculptures and art dotted around, and the food is great. Get on the ferry at Whitianga Wharf ($7 return for adults), only takes a couple of minutes to get to Ferry Landing. Walk 1 km to Eggsentric Cafe and admire beautiful Cooks Beach.

This iconic Coromandel cafe offers a relaxed setting for all the family. A 20 minute walk from the Bach and across the road from Flaxmill bay beach.

Quirky little place. Perfect place to stop in Flaxmill Bay on a trip across the Whitianga River by passenger ferry. Walk to Front Beach, Shakespears Cliff and Lonely Bay. All in an easy day walk.

Eggsentric is a local hangout for the last 20+ years. Fresh local fish caught daily is their speciality. Great salads and the desserts haven't changed in 20years for a reason! They also have a little organic shop that stocks fresh ciabatta bread (you'll have to be quick though, it sells out by 10am), limited fruit, veges, fresh fish and organic pantry staples. Lunch is around $20, dinner $30 for a main meal.

Relaxed cafe dining and fabulous food. Great open area at the back under the shade of mature trees The closest cafe to Flaxmill Seagarden
