Lovely waterside dining in historic Galesville six miles from here. Slightly more formal, but casual attire. Walk along the West River or around town. Live music outside in summer at Big Mary's Dock bar.

We don't really recommend this place….but you should know it's there. Kind of cool to walk around outside and envision what it once was - but current day it’s basically just old slot machines, dim lighting, and a smoky atmosphere.

This place is right on a litlte sandy beach on the Bay with a small museum--it's a well-known spot that is famous for its HUGE Sunday brunch and buffets. Nice to look at the Bay and eat lots!
