Buy this butter. Period. Get the blue one which is demi- sel (salted) and get ready to be seriously mind blown. This is a gift I always bring back to the USA and everyone becomes addicted almost instantly. You can get the butter vacuum sealed at the shop so you can transport it on the plane. When I worked at a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Paris, this was the butter we served to guests. You can thank me in the reviews :)

Incredible cheese shop (fresh butter is surpassing ; cheeses are expensive, but worth it). Managers are very helpful. Excellente fromagerie (le beurre frais y est incomparable).
