Simply the best "dürüm" you can eat. Not much explanation needed! They also serve some neat appetizers. The thing with Turkish cuisine is that different regions tend to cook the same food in quite different ways. These guys are from the Antioch region themselves and so cook their food accordingly. If you end up visiting here, be sure to try your "dürüm" with "begendi" in it (roasted aubergine).

They are good at turkish kebab and very polite to their customers.

This is my favorite place to eat in Istanbul. If you go to Taksim, I think you should definitely stop by this place. I can say that it is the best kebab you can eat in Taksim. Especially the appetizers that accompany the kebab and the ayran taste great. And if you like sweets, you should try the absolute katmer.
