This is a great place to drive and start a walk in the forest. The visitor centre has lots of interesting local and nature information. There's a pub at the top of High Beech too so if you want to grab a bite after you're walk, it's easy.

There's so much nature to explore around Epping. The visitor centre is a good place to start. It has a carpark and a pub for when you need to warm up after your walk.

High Beach Forest Centre, situated at a traditional Epping Forest beauty spot, is a great place to picnic and an ideal stop on your way through the Forest.

Epping Forest is a great place to explore for outdoor sports such as walks, great cycle routes and horse riding. Visit the Queen Elizabeth hunting lodge and visitors centre to learn about the history of the forest.
