The historic market near London Bridge. Open Thurs/Fri afternoons and all day Sat. Wonderful surrounding shops open all week including Neals' Yard etc. The most beautiful produce you ever did see!

Entirely staffed by Spaniards, this is the best place to start the day, in this case, with the Brindisa Breakfast: jamón, chorizo, black pudding, salty fried eggs and the most outrageous chips.

Borough Market is a must if you have never been. Bring your camera and your appetite as you will want both once you arrive. It is a vast and impressive open food market but expect a crowd.
