A "tasca" or a tavern, it's not a restaurant. It's specialty is "Bifanas", a sandwish of finely sliced pork stewed on a highly condimented gravy. Bifanas are one of Porto's traditional snacks and you can find them in hundreds of cafes and restaurants but at Astro it a form of art.

It's a classic from Campanhã and a valid reason to want to miss the train. A Tasca in the true sense of the word, inside with a counter and a single table, on the street, a terrace sponsored by a beverage brand. The most famous Bifana place in town.
