Our Favorite Downtown Wilmington Bar. Located on the top of the new Embassy Suites downtown, it offers unmatched views of the riverfront. Atop the Embassy Suites Hotel, this bar serves up the best sunsets and views of the Cape Fear River, along with a limited menu of elevated bar food. Be warned! It's almost always windy, so batten down the skirts and hair! Some protected areas, but best during nice weather.
