This beach is about a 35/40-minute drive from the villa. It is a sandy beach and is equipped with all kinds of establishments. There are many places to eat or have an aperitif. The seafront promenade is quite long, with shops, ice-cream parlours, a cycle path and benches.

The city is located on the Ligurian Sea and boasts 10 km of sandy beach. In the city you can find buildings, monuments or even simple interesting plates. Notable Art Nouveau architecture and art deco. The most monumental and most valuable artistic area of the city, for quality and quantity of buildings of architectural interest, is the Promenade. Famous is the Teatro Politeama overlooking the"Lungomolo". Worth a visit the Citadel of Carnival, made up of sheds and workshop (where are prepared papier-mâché floats), and the Museum of Carnival. Viareggio has a considerable extension of public green with its "Pine forests", Poniente and the Levant, where are commercial and recreational activities, bike paths, streets and footpaths, sports equipment, restrooms, small tables for picnics.
