This is a great sandy beach with interesting cliff top and beach walks . There is inexpensive parking and public toilets. This is sand castle central.

A very large, sandy beach, miles of sand uncovered at low tide. Ideal for a walk with the dogs, perfect for sunbathing, picnics and swimming (subject to tides - timetables available from Reception). Next to the beach, you will find a cafe and a small shop. Approx. 3 miles from Barnbarroch Lodge. Need to pay for parking or local bus route is an option (bus timetables available from Reception).

Lovely beach with shop and great for picnics and swimming. Latest was £4.50 for parking though!
