The Regents Canal connects posh West London (Maida Vale) to Industrial East via Regents Park, Camden, Kings, Cross, Islington. Take a walk from Hackney Wick to Dalston and pass loads of bars and cafes, stop off in London Fields and Broadway market.

Great for a jog, or a family walk to see some of the area's famous street art. Plenty of bars and cafes along the way to keep you going!
