Beautiful preserve that is off the beaten path. Not part of Acadia, & can be a quieter, less often visited site. Great views of Mt. Desert Narrows. Wear bug spray

This is where we go to swim in the ocean. No crowds, sometimes we're the only ones on the beach. Take a picnic and hike through the woods. Just ask and I'll give you directions to this preserve not far from our cabin. But please don't tell too many people about it! The peace and quiet is heaven!

Great place to hike out to go off the beaten path. High possibility to see deer, song birds, and seals.
