Great restaurant and we highly recommend eating on the Lounge side. In the summer you can eat outside.

Pangaea is a community-driven restaurant serving familiar and inventive fare, open 5 nights a week for dinner and in partnership with the Roasted Bean Espresso Bar, open seven days a week serving top-tier coffee beverages, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch. This is our coffee & breakfast stop. Pangaea features fresh ingredients from local VT farmers, including chicken from our family's farm in Shaftsbury, Studio Hill Farm.

There's a cafe section that's open seven day a week, and a more upscale restaurant that's open on the weekends. Drinks & supper. (Favorites: Tofu bahn mi; bone-in braised short rib)
