This is the nicest bar in SA. At the Pearl in the Hotel Emma (voted as one of the best hotels in the US which I tend to agree with) it is fancier than you.

Swanky bar set in a historic cellar (inside Hotel Emma) serving classic cocktails, craft beer, select wines & bar bites. PRO TIP: you can order coffee / tea at the cafe (which is through some glass doors, in the same building), and take it into Sternewirth to enjoy the ambiance. It's all a part of the same hotel.
