If you want to try something really danish go here for lunch and try 'smørebrød' (dark bread with different toppings). It's outside so put on warm clothing.

especially good in the summer, it´s an outside restaurant. the food is ok, they also have some traditional danish dishes. there might be live music there in the summer.

one of our favourites in the summer, Danish smørrebrød ore our national dish "stegt flæsk med persillesovs" be sure to pre-book and ask for a table in the sun. if fully booked there are 4 restaurants in the area were alike serving traditional Danish dishes at a very good price see more on TripAdvisor "de små haver"

Very old skool Danish. A place to where modernity let alone postmodernity has not yet gotten hold of the crowd. Go on a sunny day, when you feel that a beer and a Gammel Dansk is in place before a stroll in Frederiksberg Have
