MAN... this is some good eating!!! This local food truck specializes in Grilled Cheese sandwiches. WARNING: THIS IS NOT YOUR KID'S GRILLED CHEESE!!! This sandwich, for the grown-up kid at heart comes rich in ingredients no matter which one you choose. For example, the Hungry Hippo is stacked with tender beef, crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and perfectly toasted bread all on one sandwich! The portions are so large that most couldn't finish a whole sandwich in one sitting. The owners and staff are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. DEFINITELY A MUST-TASTE food truck! Call ahead for travel times to catch them at a special event in town.
