Shannon Bennett (of Vue de Monde) has plans to renovate the dilapidated Burnham Beeches building into a six-star hotel, and The Piggery Cafe is the first stage. Comprising a wonderful child-friendly restaurant, with lawn bowls and croquet out the front, some might say the service isn’t always as swift as it could be—but who cares when it’s such a lovely place to sit and relax.
