You have to Drive Red Rock before you leave town it is Simply Breathtaking. If you love hiking, there are lots of trails from Simple to Difficult.

Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area lies in Nevada’s Mojave Desert. Amazing views and weather (Sept-May). My personal favorite hike is inside the scenic drive (Icebox Canyon) and the picnic areas!
