In top of a hill you can see the Caribbean Ocean and the Castle of Serrallés. There is also a giant cross. It is a landmark.

Located on a hilltop overlooking the city----evokes the Ponceño culture when sugar/rum were king in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Interesting period architecture. Great view of the city.
