The bakery has opted for a preorder and pickup system during the pandemic, preparing focaccia, cookies, bomboloni, and of course, pizza. This restaurant is about 25 minutes walk or a quick taxi ride.

Owner and baker, Rick Easton is a James Beard nomination. The food here is excellent but expect a 10-20 min wait time to order. It is a very popular spot. I arrived at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and didn’t order until 6. I brought home to eat as the tables were full. They are closed Monday and Tuesday.
