This is my favorite rooftop in the NYC year round w/a view of the empire state building (there is a retractable roof). Amazing cocktails and it has a DJ on weekend nights. Just a heads up that the rooftop gets booked a lot for private parties in the summer time so I'd call ahead and ask if it's available.
