A beautiful hike, rather steep up and down, in an old mining district on the east side of the lake. Takes you through a lovely forest and up to the back of the ridge for a gorgeous view of the lake. A family favourite for many years!

Beautiful drive to the trail head along east side of the lake. Trail is steep in spots but well maintained. Gorgeous views at the top and lots of Bald Eagles certain times of the year.

A Good hike, and a well known spot for the lookout at the top of the ridge looking across the lake.
