Sure, it’s not technically the Gold Coast, but take a jaunt south across the border on any sunny weekend and you’ll agree, the Tweed Coast is a sleepy pocket of paradise that we’d happily adopt as our own. So you should be delighted to know that Currumbin’s hole-in-the-wall institution, The Salt Mill, has opened another pocket-sized cafe on the southern end of Kingscliff. Just like their Currumbin location, you’ll be ordering Allpress coffee, smoothies and acai bowls only a towel throw from the glistening white sand of Kingscliff Beach.

Amazing coffee and açai bowls. Sip your coffee onsite ( only a few tables available) or walk across the road and have your coffee on the banks of the beautiful Cudgen creek and watch the pelicans swim by.

Just around the corner across from the creek, healthy acai bowls, smoothies and great coffee awaits.

This place is hands down the best place for a coffee. The line of people out the front may put you off, but they are quick! Make sure you order the avo on toast or an acai bowl... you won't be disappointed.
