Shoredtich was, in the early 2000's, the home of much of London's creative arts scene. Walk through Arnold Circus, an area full of victorian council housing and some beautiful shops and cafes and on to Shoreditch High St. You'll find a lot of a independent fashion retailers, restaurants and markets (Brick Lane).
