Islington is very quirky with a range of different people. It’s busy but not packed like the west end and still has a homely community feel about it. There’s lots of great restaurants on upper street as well as a dine in odeon cinema and a local farmers market in chapel market on a Sunday.

Get the train from Palmers Green for 17 mins to Highbury & Islington or the next stop Essex road, and explore the independent shops and cafes around Upper Street, antiques on Camden Passage and wander around the beautiful back-streets of Barnsbury.
