I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. It's a modern building with a very helpful concierge, walking distance to almost everything and just around the corner of some awesome coffee spots or shopping in the Lanes. Spacious bathroom, all clean. Communication with Vinn is great and fast! Will definitely book again when I'll be back

This is a great place to stay, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I was even able to do some remote work thanks to a good and fast internet connection. Nick was a great host and I was greeted with fresh milk, bread and pastries from the local bakery (located just next to the AirBnB).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful accommodation! What a breathtaking view to wake up to in the morning, we wrapped up warm and spent many hours on the beach, walked to the pier, made good use of the gym....We are dreaming of returning again soon. Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Lovely lower ground floor apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, as listing mentioned the parking space is narrow but our Yaris for fine. There's a coop on the next street and it's about 3 minutes walk to the pier and sea life centre (we didn't use the car at all during our stay). Jenny sent real clear instructions to access the parking space and apartment which took the stress out of arriving.

Michelle was a wonderful host, everything was spotless, bright airy room and lovely bathroom. gym in the complex and nice and secure. massive tesco right nearby. All round a brilliant experience

We had a lovely stay. There was a footpath next to the accommodation which was handy to get into Graffham. The facilities in the accommodation were very lovely, but we did bang our heads a couple of times on the slanted walls in the bedroom. The accommodation was in driving range of other interesting towns The terrain of the farm roads was a bit rough on our car.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e comodo. La posizione, alla Marina di Brighton, è molto tranquilla ma comunque ben servita: c’è un grande supermercato e molti negozi e ristoranti. A pochi passi da casa partono gli autobus per tutte le destinazioni, sia per il centro città che per raggiungere punti di interesse lungo la costa. Kamila è stata gentile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

We spent a great 4 days in Brighton & Hove, in Edwin's apartment. The accommodation was tidy and well equipped and located in the heart of Hove, close to George street, Tesco and dozens of restaurants on Church road, and within walking distance of Brighton city centre. Good communication from start to finish, absolute recommended host.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Barn. The setting is tranquil and idyllic, and the children, in particular, enjoyed walking through the woods, picking blackberries and spotting deer. The house was immaculately presented and the set up suited our party of four adults and three children perfectly. The amenities were superb and we did not want for anything for the duration of our trip. Jamie gave us a warm welcome and was on hand to assist if needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed a trip to Leonardslee Gardens and some lovely local pubs and farm shops. Recommended for anyone looking to “get away from it all” and enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting. The place was lovely. Nice and clean and fresh. Plenty of equipment for the kitchen. Clean bathrooms with clean towels. Bed linen was clean and fresh. Parking was good and it was quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Franceska’s home in Forest Row! We were holidaying with our young children and my parents and all three generations loved the facilities and found the house very comfortable. The garden is lovely and enclosed so fab for the kids to play in and adults to sit in. The house was beautiful but also set up for family life which suited us perfectly. The playroom had loads of toys which our 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed. The very easy access to the Forest Way right from the house made walking or cycling into Forest Row very safe and quick with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking at home which was what we did most nights. The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs was more spacious than we expected from the photos. Forest Row is a good base for exploring locally with small food shops, pubs, and a playground. We easily visited Wakehust Place, the Bluebell Railway, and Ashdown Forest. We would definitely stay again!

We have just arrived home after spending three wonderful days at Jason’s place . And we could not speak highly enough of the accommodation , the pictures do not do it justice it’s even more fantastic . The stocked fridge , the communication the beautiful gardens and incredible beds . Thank you for a great stay
