I invite you to join me to see Royal palaces and other iconic royal sites, hear personal stories of my experiences with members of the Royal Family and even get to see a piece of Prince William's and Kate's wedding cake! We will start at Trafalgar Square and hear about its history and then move on to see the pomp and pageantry of the Changing of the King's Life Guard. We then walk along The Mall to St James' Palace and Clarence House where I will tell you tales of Princes William and Harry the night before William's wedding. Next is a short walk to Buckingham Palace where you will have more opportunities to take photos and hear stories of the Royal household. We then walk into picturesque St James' Park where there is a chance to pause (kiosk available for drinks) and look at gifts presented to me by members of the Royal family. On the way to Parliament Square I will tell you all about the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben). The final part of the walk takes us along Whitehall, past Downing Street (home of the Prime Minister) and then to the spot where King Charles 1st was executed. We will finish back at Trafalgar Square. Other things to note: If on the 2pm walk we will see a shortened Guard change at 4pm. We will have an opportunity on the way for a short stop for you to buy drinks and visit a toilet.

Get to know Hackney the local way as I take you through the “day in the life” of a painter. • You’ll learn what makes Hackney a cultural hub as you tag along to my daily haunts. • As a highlight, we’ll visit my studio in a vibrant building full of artists. There, we will explore and mix coloured pigments, the technique I use in my paintings, and dive into the patterned worlds I am creating. • Then, we’ll visit neighborhood spots beloved by locals — a record shop, cafe, sandwich spot with some surprises along the way. If you’re feeling the Hackney spirit, be sure to say hi to the locals you’ll meet along the way.

Go back in time and ride a penny farthing bike on the streets of Westminster in central London. Since the late 19th century, Londoners have had a continued love affair with the high wheel bicycle, officially named the Penny Farthing bike for their wheels’ resemblance to the British penny and farthing coins. • We'll meet at the culturally significant London Scottish House in Westminster and we'll introduce you to the bike and provide you with your safety equipment. • Then we'll head out onto the streets where you will learn to safely mount, ride, and dismount. • After a short coffee break, we’ll head out on a leisurely guided journey around the Westminster area, past many iconic locations such as the Palace of Westminster, the gardens of 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. After a short photo stop, we’ll roll on back to London Scottish House and return to the present day. PLEASE NOTE, this is a physically demanding experience and is recommended for intermediate to advanced adult bike riders at least 5 feet and 3 inches (160 centimeters) tall and under 220 pounds (100 kilograms). Although we take all the safety precautions we can and do our best to create a fun, secure environment for guests, there is risk of injury maneuvering a penny farthing bike and you will be participating at your own risk.

We'll provide you with a gorgeous, hand-built British bicycle and a tweed flat cap (caps optional, helmets also available) and we'll set off on an adventure around London’s iconic sights and lesser-known hidden gems. Following back streets and dedicated bike lanes, you'll ride from Big Ben past Westminster Abbey and up to Buckingham Palace, the home of the Queen, where we'll see the Royal Guards in their dapper uniforms. (Changing of the Guard days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Sundays) You'll coast along (London is very flat!) at an easy-going pace, stopping regularly to hear fun facts and some quirky historical tales. There's time to take photos too! We'll then take a break to enjoy a pint of beer at a cosy historic pub where you can get to know your fellow travellers. Lastly, you'll have a chance to try street art in Banksy's graffiti tunnel (and we provide spray paint!). We've designed this route to give you the best introduction to London. You even get a chance to knock on Bloody Mackenzie's door, if you dare! William Burke or Madam McKinnon will guide you through our streets under cover of darkness. They've been dead for almost 200 years and do not take kindly to modern nonsense. They will however, crack your sides with laughter over their dry Scottish wit. Queen Sq. the first development in Georgian Bath; Royal Crescent home to royalty and rogues; The Circus more rogues, politicos, artists,statesmen & film stars and Jane Austen’s various homes all amid the sumptuous glory of Bath’s neo classical architecture. We’ll visit all of the key buildings and developments which made Bath a magnet to the great and the good in the 18th century. You’ll learn about lepers, druids, speculators and high society. I’ll tell you about how Bath was transformed from a small, dirty medieval city to the most socially important city outside London over a period of only 25 years. I’ll show you angles and shots which will really stand out from the usual ‘postcard’ views of Bath. My Instagram page shows shots taken on this tour. The tour will take 3-3.5 hours depending on our progress, be advised that any tours of much shorter duration will only be able to show you very limited sights in Bath and that time spent taking refreshments is time lost seeing the beauty of Bath. All groups will meet outside the Dominion Theatre at Tottenham Court Road underground station, and go on a 2 hour walking tour exploring the streets of Soho. You won't believe how much musical talent was crammed into one small iconic street! The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix...the list goes on and on. We’ll explore where the Sex Pistols squatted, not forgetting where Elton John got his first ever job as a tea boy! Moving on to the venue that Brian Epstein, manager of the Beatles, took over and put on the legendary Jimi Hendrix one fateful night in 1967! It's then onto Soho square and see where Paul McCartneys business headquarters are. British RocknRoll began at this coffee bar which is just round the corner to arguably the most famous of London music venues, where nearly every major artist has played! Enjoy the spot where John Lennon took part in a famous comedy routine. Stand in the spot where the Oasis album cover was taken, before moving onto the studio where David Bowie recorded Hunky Dory and where the Beatles recorded the first release on Apple records! See 20+ Top London sights We will guide you on an exploration of London’s major landmarks near the Tower of London & London Bridge Area. We have lived here for 20+ years and know all the streets, the hidden corners, legends and stories. (also pubs...) We will head over London Bridge, getting views of the Tower of London, The Shard (Europe's tallest building), HMS Belfast (WW2 battleship), the famous square mile (financial district), before going into Borough Market. The market is a well known film location (Wizards & a certain Leaky Cauldron), we walk through and head to Southwark Cathedral & the Golden Hinde (Sir Francis Drakes ship) On the way to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, we will see some of London's oldest streets and also the UK's oldest Prison (The Clink) This area is steeped in history with old warehouse and cobbled streets. Plus Winchester Palace which still half stands to this day. A favorite of many tourists. There are pubs and restaurants galore here.
