This is a charming apartment, in a wonderful location right in the heart of the town. Ideal for the 4 of us. Also having a parking permit for local car parking is a great bonus for this property.

What a great place. A great location near to everything in Coniston. The hosts are so accommodating with everything even the pets ! Spotlessly clean and every possible thing you could need for a great stay. parking was easy on the road outside too. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Beautiful, private location within driving distance of amazing days out whilst also being the perfect place to chill out and enjoy peace and quiet. Liz was a responsive and friendly host who gave us comprehensive instructions and useful recommendations. This was a fantastic apartment with everything you need and in a great location. Would fully recommend and will stay again in the future if in the area.

Gary was responsive, professional and respectful during our stay. The place was spotless and had all the right amenities for a weekend getaway. The bathroom was a highlight. Super clean and very luxurious. There was also plenty of space for storage and a very simple way to access the building. Shops and parking are also very close-by. I’d very much recommend this place!!!!!!

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Just like home from home with immediate access to all the service you expect for a walking holiday in Cumbria. Also, private car parking, access to what is now an excellent bus services in and around the local valleys and not to forget the immediate availability of the excellence of the Booths super market!

Great house. the kitchen had everything you could need. I haven't found that at other air bnbs. 3 bedrooms. it was just what we needed as a base to explore the lake district

Amazing stay for a 30th family celebration. The sun was shining so we spent most our time at the house on the terrace! Perfect location with the surrounding scenery. We had a slight issue with the hot tub room, due to previous guests. But this was quickly resolved! Can’t fault the hosts or the house. Would definitely love to return for another celebration in the future one day! Thanks again

Elizabeth was very responsive and replied all our questions very fast. It was easy to communicate.We arrived late in the evening and she left for us a good coffee,a bottle of Prosecco,bread, milk and fresh organic eggs. It was great to find it after a long day of driving. It helped us with the dinner and the breakfast next day.the house is very beautifully designed,the kitchen had everything you can need to prepare meals (we prepared our meal twice a day in the house, so it was important to us).the bathrooms and the linens were clean. The only thing that was missing,on my opinion, is a shampoo.Elizabeth also left a detergent and the tablets for a dishwasher. The surroundings are amazing and are in a walking distance.Thank you,Lizzie, for a great experience in your house!

We all had an amazing time ! Plenty space for our family of 11 and 3 dogs.

We loved spending Easter weekend in this lovely home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed both the wood burning stove and the nice sunny terrace after exploring Cockermouth and the Lake District.

Perfect little house in the perfect location. Although central it was very peaceful. It definitely made work away from home easier. I'll 100% book again. Perfect host. Thank you 😊

The place was beautiful and very welcoming . It felt like home almost immediately. It's located in a very private setting and we loved the river at the back of the property. We had a few teething issues to begin with as we had a wasps nest outside and the occasional power outage when the switch tripped on the fuse box but the host, Cheryl, was very quick to respond and helped resolve things straight away. She even offered to give us an extra day for free but because we had work the next day the option of a late checkout instead was very welcome. I would highly recommend this place and Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Cheryl!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

I was cycling solo C2C and needed a place to stay and this flat was a perfect relaxing spot for me halfway through the ride and had cycle storage in the basement! Highly recommend!

The Parsonage is just perfect, a really lovely apartment, fantastically equipped with all you need and more, with lovely touches like the roll top bath in the bedroom and the private courtyard that opens out off the bedroom, safe and secure for our dog. The Parsonage is ideally located right next door to Kendal Castle, great walks and beautiful views of Kendal. It’s also just a 10 minute walk into Kendal with plenty of cafes and restaurants serving delicious food and dog friendly too. Patrina is a wonderful host, the special treats left in the fridge were very kind and appreciated, her advice to jump on the bus to Rydal Water and have lunch at the Badger Bar made for the best day out with our dog. It all made for a perfect stay and we’ll definitely be back.

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

Lovely little flat for two, conveniently situated in the centre of Sedbergh. Access tight and parking snug but we managed perfectly well, just took it slowly!

Great stay at Raluca's place. Her communication was great from the outset, responding promptly to questions and providing lots of local recommendations. The place was perfect for our stay and the kids had a great time. The swimming pool and play areas were excellent and the toys in the apartment were a real bonus. Would happily stay here again for a family break.

The flat was impeccably clean and tidy, check in also very easy. Pricing is top end for similarly sized accommodation, but given location and amenities in the flat, not excessive. Recommended!
