Place was exactly as advertised. Easy access and host communication great. Right on a bus stop or walkable to town centre. All in all great stay

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

The apartment was beautiful and the photos did not do it justice.. ideally located, we walked along the Monsal Trail to Bakewell and in the opposite direction to Monsal Head.. the station cafe was perfect for breakfast too. There are some lovely pubs just down the road in Ashford in the Water and Chatsworth House is also on the doorstep. We had the most relaxing break between Christmas and the New Year. I would highly recommend..

The Hollies is a lovely peaceful, beautifully decorated home-away-from-home. I had a very comfortable stay and I wish I’d had longer. Lisa had left helpful instructions for all the tech I was unfamiliar with, which made it unstressful. The patio garden was an extra delight in the hot weather. I’ll definitely try and visit again.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

A beautiful home with off-road parking. Had the air of a hotel spa as soon as walked in. Was ideal for our family overnight stay.

Great place to spend a few days! Amazing location to The Ashes Barn wedding venue as well as lovely local parks. The accommodation was small but adequate, loved the porch area for all bags and dog stuff! Bedroom definitely big enough for a travel cot and a plus having a bath to clean the little one! Have recommended it to others already :)

What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

Absolutely beautiful house in a great location. Modern, stylish and well equipped. The location is perfect with Buxton just five minutes down the road for all your restaurant, cafes and shopping needs. There is also an aldi and pet shop just 2 minutes down the road. The neighbourhood was peaceful with beautiful views. Parking was very easy, we parked on the street outside but there was also a private garage. Highly recommend visiting magpie mine which is a 15 minute drive away and The Old Smithy Tearooms & Restaurant in Monyash for a delicious breakfast or bacon roll. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again

Carole's place is really nice. I stayed one month and I had everything I needed. The kitchen is very well stocked, there is a washing machine, heating and very good Wifi. I very much enjoyed the front and back garden in the lovely weather we had. The neighbours are really nice and friendly. Carole also lives right next door and is a fantastic host who is always responsive. The location is great, very close to the Peak District, and shops and restaurants are close by. Several parks are also close by. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you very much for everything!

Dan was a great host and responded very quickly, even late at night if we had any queries (2am I couldn't get key out door to lock it but turned out it needed to be horizontal so was my mistake lol but Dan replied immediately). Dan made sure the heating was on before we arrived as have 3 young children and was a long 10 hour journey. The house was just what we needed, a base to stay with amenities whilst we visited family. So much better than just a hotel room or premier inn. Our own space to chill. Bonus was the washer/dryer so we didn't need to bring back dirty washing. Beds were comfortable.

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

Maureen was a great host and even provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. Fantastic location for the sites and walks whilst also peaceful. Will definitely book again.

Had a fantastic time at Steven and Jen's place. It was incredibly spacious and in a great location close to the town centre. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was amazing from start to finish. Very attentive & responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was very big & beautifully decorated. Would deffo stay again and recommend to friends.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Steve’s place for a hiking weekend and we would definitely recommend it and will probably come back ourselves. Communication was excellent from the start—quick, clear, and super helpful. The flat was just like the pictures, if not even better in person. It was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotless throughout. Steve really went above and beyond by stocking the place with everything a guest could need, from toiletries and cooking essentials to breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect—central and convenient, and the self check-in process was incredibly easy and smooth. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Thank you Steve :)

Went to Alton towers for the weekend and stayed at the old workshop Great place to stay. 10/10 would stay again :)

We had 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years stay for two nights. The kids loved it with plenty if space for them to run around and for the adults to socialise. The running joke of the weekend was trying to find something to complain about because we couldn't. Everything in the apartment is of premium quality. From the beds and quilts to the bowls and mugs. You can tell the owners care for the apartment and the experience of the guest. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. The views and locations is fantastic. The sound of running water very calming. I will be back for sure.
