L appartement de Jan etait idéalement situé. De plus, la propreté ,le confort et la décoration de ce logement étaient exceptionnelles. Jan nous a communiqué des renseignements intéressants sur les bonnes adresses viennoises.

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautifully designed, with lots of great art that makes the space feel warm and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to supermarkets, bakeries, and several public transport options that make getting to the city center quick and easy. The host was incredibly friendly and flexible with our check-out time, which we really appreciated. Communication was fast and helpful throughout.

I can't express enough praise for this host and their place - there's a reason why almost all of the reviews are 5 stars, this place is genuinely fantastic and a delight to stay in. The property is incredibly clean, the amenities are amazing (massive projector and sound system to connect to! Plus a steam room function in the shower!) and the host is just all-round lovely. One thing that stood out a lot is that the host is very responsive - almost all of my messages were responded to immediately, regardless of time, which was really appreciated especially as Tom & Pepi are busy with their own lives as well. I genuinely think this is one of the best properties available on AirBnb, I really enjoyed living here (I could watch season 2 of Severance on a massive projector, practically a cinema in-home) and was gutted to leave. If you can book this place, you 100% should go for it!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

We stayed at Florian's apartment for 11 days in April. It was clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We really felt at home from the minute we walked in. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet and safe residential area with an easy and quick access to the historic centre and around. U-bahn stations and tram stops are a short walking distance, and we found the nearest supermarket very well-stocked and convenient - open till 8pm. The communication with Florian was very easy and friendly throughout. He was so kind and responsive. Staying at his apartment definitely enhanced our visit to Vienna. We highly recommend it!
