Welcome to this incredibly spacious Victorian house, set in its own grounds only a few minutes walk from the centre of Todmorden, with sauna and outdoor shower! This is our family home that we want to offer for a large family gathering (no stag or hen dos!). We will share proper photos with you if you contact us. 7 bedrooms, 5 with king size or super king size beds, the other 2 with bunks. This cottage is set back off the road making it a great private secluded cottage which feels miles away from anyone while being close enough to local pubs, shops and great walks. It is completely private with the hottub available to use in the private garden until 10pm. This cottage has a great sauna inside also for you enjoy. The Nook is a ground floor self contained one bedroom apartment with luxury sauna and gym. It is light modern and full of character in the footprint of the original farmhouse. There is private parking and a private patio from where you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic views.
