Set in the Sussex countryside, far away from any traffic in a small rural enclave in the South Downs National Park, close to the village of Henfield. Only 8 miles from Brighton. Separate entrance and parking from main house. Kingsize bed, sofa, large desk and chair, farmhouse kitchen table, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill. Bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating. Super fast Wifi. Smart TV.

Cosy Yurt Hideaway South Downs National Park.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. "Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. A scenic, glamping pod, situated within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on the edge of a beautiful pond and equipped with a wood fired hot tub (no jets/bubbles),wood fired pizza oven, central heating, kitchen (with Gas Oven & Hob) & bespoke outside wooden decking. The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
