Ryan's place was just perfect! My wife and son stayed there for 2 weeks and it was just the place that they needed. So clean, safe and convenient. Also, Ryan was an incredible host. He was a super clear communicator who made the check in process so easy. But the most amazing thing was that when I had an urgent package of some medications arriving that I had sent for my wife, Ryan jumped in the car and drove over ASAP to ensure that we were able to safely get the package, and he delivered it to the door!! He was awesome, would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thanks Ryan!!

Six of us stayed here for a Bridal shower weekend. We had plenty of space for all of us. The neighborhood was nice and our location was convenient to many restaurants. We enjoyed sitting outside up on the balcony and also enjoyed the cozy living room, complete with nice throw blankets when we got back. Carl was quick to reply to me every time and was kind enough to let us have a late checkout.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at Greg's for a night while in town for a concert. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, recommendations for restaurants, clean space, and beautiful yard. Greg answered our questions quickly and communicated well. If we find ourselves back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay again. Also, we took his recommendation for Classic Frozen Custard - yum!

My wife and I drove down from Twin Cities (MN) to ride the high trestle trail. The location of Renee's Airbnb in Madrid was perfect. The weather early April was a bit cooler than expected so we didn't spend as much time on the trail as we would have liked but greatly enjoyed exploring Madrid and surrounding towns. Beautiful country! Renee was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Normally we rent entire property but we found Renee's upstairs Airbnb space very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. We had a beautiful Easter weekend at Menika’s place! She was super nice & helpful our entire stay & even checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The neighborhood itself is so nice & quiet. The home was clean, modern & very spacious. We had 6 people plus a child in our stay & there was plentyyyy of space for us all to hang out comfortably. We were even able to BBQ using the grill on the deck. I would 100% recommend staying here. I bet in the summer, this stay is an even better!

We stayed here for a cheer competition at the fairgrounds. It worked out perfectly to not fight the parking lots and were able to walk across the street! It was a great location and close by to things we are interested in. House was well kept, nice and clean! The neighbors were very friendly as well. Thanks for the great stay!

This is a beautiful updated historic home within walking distance of Drake University. We found a local coffee shop very close. This home has lots of amenities. We recommend Dough Co pizza.

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.

It’s a great place to stay. My go to for work trips

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

This unit was as described and very comfortable. The instructions on how to get into the building and then into the unit were excellent. So glad that the unit had a washer and dryer. The free assigned parking space in the parking garage was priceless! So safe and secure. Very quiet area and attached to the Des Moines Skywalk. Walkable to a large grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. Could not get the online "guide book" to open up. Could have contacted Josiah, but didn't really find a need for it. You might want to make sure you will have access to it before arriving. Highly recommend this unit and renting from Josiah.

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Great place, had everything. Close to downtown but 10th floor so no noise Had everything you could think of. Will be back.
