I’m afraid that can’t say enough about Josh’s place in just a few words! It was everything as described and more. I was at peace the moment that I walked in the place. Anything and everything I may have needed was possible in a homey, welcoming atmosphere- right down to spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. There was even a refrigerated Brita water pitcher, filled, waiting for me after my long trip! I really appreciated the extra bedding since was there to recuperate after a minor, outpatient surgery. So, I really didn’t take in the local eateries or sights, although I know very well that they are in abundance within walking distance or a short drive. I would stay as a guest of Josh again with no hesitation. I’m certain that all of his places must be just as good, but I may be a bit partial to the cute, little Plumber’s Loft 2.0. Thank you Josh and Tracy! :)

This place was in the perfect spot for me to do my planned activities and be close to my family member's house. I loved the safety of the neighborhood. I felt at home. I would reserve this again when I come next time

Had a booking with another host, was unable to check in agyer an 8 hr drive from Boston. Amy responded to my desperate message at 11:30 PM to let my dog and I stay in her rental. Amy walked me through check in over the phone and was very sympathetic to my situation. She is very kind and friendly and made herself available for anything I might need. Rental is perfect for someone staying in town for work. 2 full size gas burners in the little kitchen are 👌🏼 and location is very convenient. Cute and clean.

My son and I loved this apartment, it was super clean and cozy, the record player and games were great entertainment and the location was perfect! Would highly recommend this place to others. Marshall was very friendly and accommodating.

Very cozy, clean apartment with all necessary appliances! The location is very convenient since it is near the highway and less than 5 minutes from Walmart and Wegmans! Alicia was also an amazing host and very proactive. Definitely will stay there again whenever I am in the area!

Wonderful apartment in downtown Elkland. In an area with no hotels it was the perfect place for our visit. Would absolutely stay here again.

We were visiting family for Easter and spent the night here as a family of five. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the thoughtful touches for our kids. There were a handful of children’s books, quite a few kids toys, some family friendly movies, and LED nightlights. As parents, this goes a long way to making our time much more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying!

Our stay at Larchwood Lodge was absolutely fantastic! The home is spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing getaway with family. We had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids to spread out. The location is just minutes from the heart of Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Resort. The house itself is stunning, with a warm, cozy atmosphere, modern amenities, and plenty of space to unwind. We enjoyed the hot tub and golf simulator! We stored coats and bags in the mud room right off the main entrance – a great feature. It was so helpful that linens and towels are provided! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Ellicottville, Larchwood Lodge is it! We can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved this cabin! Such a homey atmosphere and exactly what we pictured for a ski trip weekend. The cozy vibe is just what we were looking for. This was a perfect distance from the center of town for us, as it was in a private area but <10 minutes to get to the resort at Holiday Valley for skiing. Joe provided clear check in instructions, lots of additional valuable information about the cabin/town, and was very easy to reach with questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the kitchen !!!! Two sinks ! There was a work space with computer. This place was pretty large! Plenty of space to spread out and to visit . Easy check in and check out.

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! This is our second stay at the house and it was just as great as the first stay. We had four family members join the two of us, and we were all comfortable. We particularly liked the comfy beds, the nice hot shower and the laundry area as the area we visited is in full mud season! The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare food and clean up. We will return as it is a very nice home, convenient to family members nearby and an excellent value.

Denise’s home was beautiful, comfortable and convenient for our needs. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. The bathrooms were sparkly clean and even stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a humongous help as I usually forget my own when I travel! Denise was so responsive and attentive to any of our needs. Her father was a huge help during our stay and came by anytime we had a question or needed help with something. We were able to bring our fur children which was a huge bonus. The fenced in yard was great for my girls who were able to roam free and do some exploring in the snow. The addition of the large dog crate and dog runs were also great. I loved seeing that doggy shampoo, dog poo bags, some dog toys and even a muzzle were available if needed.

The perfect place to stay when skiing and felt right at home! Great place to stay in a beautiful, just renovated home. Quiet neighborhood and so close to Ellicottville and Holiday Valley, only 10 min. We will definitely be back! Shelbe was very quick to respond and gave great dinner recommendations. She was a great host and everything we needed was at the house. Also, we didn’t bring our kiddos, but she had everything needed for kids (utensils, plates, cups, toys) that I was spotting making it a great place to go back to with our kids one day!

Wilma was a great host, and the house is as advertised. We had a quick stay but everything went well.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.

Was a prefect stay while passing through, we booked last min, same day and had a wonderful slumber. Located in a cute little town. was safe and nice and quite.
