Clean comfortable apartment in quiet residential neighbourhood in beautiful Fonthill. One bedroom unit in the lower half of a family split level home. Our family lives in the other half of the house with a 4-year old yellow lab; she is very friendly but may get excited and bark when entering or exiting. The apartment has a private entrance, living areas and bathroom with no shared spaces.
