Wow! We felt right at home from the very first night! Everything about this home is very well thought out from the comfortable furniture, and beds, to plentiful towels, beach gear, toys, cooler, well stocked bathrooms and everything you could need to cook in the kitchen. The lanai was our favorite place to gather with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals as well as loungers for basking in the sun by the pool. The pool was clean and warm and we enjoyed swimming in it every day. There were floats and pool toys. The list goes on and on. The home is also minutes to beautiful Honeymoon Island state park where the sand is like flour, the water is clear and Caribbean blue. Where dolphins can be seen from shore and the nightly sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. Not too much further is the famous Clearwater Beach. We made wonderful memories at Dan and Doreen’s place and highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this home as it appeared in its photos. We have experienced the opposite. This home was beautifully maintained - very clean - no clutter. We so enjoyed the covered outside kitchen and sitting area. It seemed pretty private, and provided so many things to entertain: air hockey, massage chair, sauna, jacuzzi, fishing poles........... It's a great house for a family. Would definitely consider renting this again in the future. Thanks for making this such a welcoming home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a amazing three day stay at your place the kids loved the pool!! It was like a dream staying there. Emerging very clean and well kept.

This house was immaculately clean. I don’t like my baby crawling on hotel floors, but this house was cleaner than a hotel. It exceeded all of my expectations and was even better in person. They even had baby items such as a high chair. My son (10) and nephew (17) loved having their own side of the house. The little goodies left out, such as toothbrushes and q-tips was a nice touch. There was amble detergent for use and an awesome espresso machine. The big comfy bed in the huge master bedroom with a private bathroom was amazing. Do not sleep on this place! It is my new go to for the Spring Hill area and I plan to return to this same spot if I’m lucky enough to get the chance to rebook it!

Austin was very quick to respond to any messages and very quick to help us with any minor issues we came across. Would definitely stay at his place again for sure!

We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.

If you have anxiety about sleeping in hotels this is the place for you! It was clean and beautiful. The area is nice and quiet. Near a lot of stores. Juan was the perfect host who checked on us periodically throughout our stay. I give this place a 10/10. Would definitely stay again.

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

Cute, cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for the two of us for a 3-day getaway to New Port Richey and nearby Tarpon Springs. We were very happy with the place and would recommend without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and we made use of the extra blanket and towels. Shower was nice and hot and had a full dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good size fridge with freezer and we appreciated the welcome bottled waters and sodas. Yisel was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Loved nearby Pam's Country Restaurant for a great breakfast.

Yilena has gone well beyond what is expected with her very thoughtful touches. She was both a great communicator and responded immediately to help solve a very minor issue. She is a SUPER host!

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay at this very clean, comfortable home. Really nice neighborhood to walk close to the water with beautiful views and by the marinas.. Quiet area. Walked to Orange St. for good food at Molly Goodheads and Ozona Pig. Live music at the brewery was fun. 20 minute drive to Tarpon Springs. Niko's Grill has delicious fresh, authentic Greek food and the National Bakery is excellent for Greek bread and cookies. Dunedin Main St. is about 12 minutes away, nice to walk around. Carvor's Fish House has delicious, fresh seafood! Also had amazing fresh sushi at Seawhip Sushi Bar in Dunedin. Honeymoon Island is a very nice beach with lots of shells. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

I really loved my stay! It was super convenient for my needs. The property is beautiful, the apartment was great! Easy check-in, and Timothy was very responsive, not that I needed anything. A full kitchen, which is not always the case. It was easy to feel right at home. And the easiest check-out I've ever experienced! Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

This townhouse was an excellent find for a few nights stay to visit some relatives in Wesley Chapel! It very comfortably accommodated two adult couples, and it was great to have our own bathrooms. The outdoor patio has a great view of the golf course; it was shady in the morning for coffee, and a relaxing spot for end of day wine. The townhouse is comfortably furnished and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

This perfectly peaceful unit was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with lots of room to spare. Patti’s unit covered all the bases. We enjoyed the well manicured surroundings.
