This was the perfect base for our weekend away. The accomodation was clean and homely in beautiful surroundings, and Silvana was a fantastic host.

Staying at this charming countryside home was an absolute dream.Tucked away in a peaceful village,the house offers breathtaking views of open green fields trees stretching as far as the eye see. It’s beautiful clean,quiet and peaceful.we absolutely come back again.

Rachel's place is super spacious and well kitted out. I travelled with a baby and so having a cot, high chair and baby cutlery was super useful! Rachel was also very friendly and helpful in her instructions. The location was a little difficult if you are not travelling by car and the house is hemmed in by a very busy road (but that is clear form the location of the map!) It was noisy at night, so worth considering if you are a light sleeper - but this was ok for us. Overall a lovely experience :)

Rose Cottage was just lovely and Colette was a fabulous host! We loved getting to know her, their sweet doggies and beautiful horses! (And one morning, the hens sent us a nice breakfast!) The cottage has 2 nice sized bedrooms on the ground floor, so no lugging suitcases upstairs. Two full baths, one with a claw foot tub that was perfect for soaking after a day of sightseeing. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy family room upstairs to relax and unwind. It really was the perfect landing place for my husband, son, and I to take day trips to Hever Castle, Hampton Court, Syon House and Windsor Castle. All are within an hour; however, this was my first time driving on the "wrong" side of the road so I may have taken a little longer to get to places! And I have to make mention of the Black Swan Pub, just a hop, skip, and jump from the property. We spent many evenings there! Fantastic food and drinks and very friendly staff. Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

We loved the accommodation. We stayed overnight and came pretty late. Would have loved to stay longer in the house. The younger one enjoyed the garden.

Very peaceful location and great view of the countryside. Could not hear any traffic as property was back from main road and gated entrance. We had a lovely time celebrating a big birthday and this property was ideally situated close to Plumpton Racecourse where we spent a day at the races. Property had all we needed for our 3 night stay. Would recommend for a friends get together

This is such a beautiful lodge set overlooking fields of sheep in an amazing location. The place was really clean, super comfortable and very cosy. We’ll definitely be back.

Sophie & Ed were absolutely amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Their Barn is beautifully designed and set out, it is comfortable and had everything and more in it that I needed for a four night stay. The location was a 2 min drive from where I needed to be so it was perfect for travelling to and fro and lovely to come back to after a long day to rest in. Thank you.

Our family had a wonderful few days at Ingela's. Beautiful accomodation set in country surrounds. We loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite. Also enjoyed the relaxed open plan living, cooking, dining area - lots of room for different family members to interact. Ingela and Jim were great, friendly hosts. The property is set down a driveway in country area but only short walk from great local shop in one direction and pub in other direction. A few minutes drive to lovely Cranleigh. Would recommend and would return.

The Hayloft is a lovely cosy relaxing place, Amanda is very friendly and welcoming and has lots of knowledge of the local area, we had a great break with our children and dogs, watching the chickens in the garden and being able to see the horses from the kitchen window is a bonus , can’t wait to visit again .

Very happy with our choice of the Cottage, very close to our own properties , so more than likely we will try and stay there again not because what i just said but its so peaceful as well and that is very important to us as a family, it also contained all and more desirable amenities you need. Perhaps if there is something I would add to the cottage service I personally would in a hot day of a guest arriving,( like us) I would make sure to leave the windows upstairs open to create a cooler ambience . When we arrived ( end of the day) it was just like in Dubai -) very hot! Many thanks

I visited there with my parents and my baby and we absolutely loved this place. Beautiful house with everything you need, should say more beautiful than the pictures. We were lucky to see sunshine and the snowfall both during our stay and with those large glass floor to ceiling windows it was pleasure. The house was very spacious and my baby loved it as he got so much to explore and running around. Tony was very helpful and responsive for any queries we had. We will definitely visit again.

This place is a fabulous, just what we needed for a long weekend away. Convenient to get to many surrounding places. Immaculate, clean accomodation and the provisions at check-in were a very welcome gesture. Nicole is a great host.

Wij, een gezin van vier, hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige Cow Shed. Een fantastisch huisje met een geweldig uitzicht en een prachtige ligging. Zeer centraal gelegen voor bezienswaardigheden en steden, maar toch midden in de natuur en heel privé. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

We had a fantastic visit to Great Chart, a scenic village where my husband was born 74 years ago. The cottage was comfortable & charming , we loved sitting outside in the garden with family & friends. We are seasoned Airbnb travelers and this rental & the host, Charlie, & her lovely family, were the best!!

Very relaxing stay at the coach house. The property is in very good condition, well provisioned and in a tranquil location. Lynda was a very friendly host.

A recent stay at The Old Dairy couldn’t have been more welcome! Gill is a brilliant, attentive host and incredibly helpful with directions to the property, which is located close to Surrey Hills and plenty of beautiful walking routes. The property itself offers peace and comfort, off the beaten track and perfect for any length of stay. Complete with amenities as described, The Old Dairy is great for a countryside escape. Would very much recommend!

We really enjoyed our Easter week stay at the The Long Stable. Andrew and his wife were very welcoming and supportive hosts. The location is idyllic, very quiet and private, even if other farm buildings are nearby you won‘t be disturbed and can make the most of the huge terrace. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and everything is to a high standard. All mod cons are available and the kitchen is fully equipped so wie could enjoy cooking ourselves as well as trying out some of the many pubs and restaurants within easy reach by car. You can stroll around the farm or nearby woods at your leisure, we particulary enjoyed saying hello to the newborn lambs one of which we were allowed to feed as well. The farm is ideally located to visit the coast (recommending Rye Harbour Nature Reserve), National Trust Sites like Sissinghurst or Bateman or simply enjoy the countryside…you really are spoilt for choice. We highly recommend The Long Stable and would love to return for a longer stay.

Gorgeous peaceful place. we loved our stay before a long flight. Nice walk to the nearest friendly pub and great restaurants only few min by car communication with Laura was excellent I highly recommend her. Thank you Laura, we will be back

A fabulous hide away in this pocket of English countryside. Has an element of secret garden to it as you come down the easily accessible track. Was the perfect antidote to a hectic few weeks at work. Responsive hosts and felt very welcome on their gorgeous plot of land. Nearby to several fantastic better known hikes but also has some lovely trails on your doorstep (part of the Wealdway). Gun Tap Room nearby also a real gem. Highly recommend.
