A very comfortable, clean, quiet and surprisingly spacious place. Only ten minutes from downtown Knoxville and easy to get to the highway. I would definitely stay there again.

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

Very cute and spacious! It was actually a little bigger than I expected and way more up-to-date, than the pictures make it seem! There was even five blueberry muffins for each guest we had staying 🥰

we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

Thomas and Angela’s place was the perfect place for my sons and I! It was clean, easy to find, and convenient for our event in Louisville. Angela was very communicative and friendly. Lots of great extras and attention to detail!!

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Michelle’s house was easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and inviting. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I stayed here from mid August 2023 to the end of December 2023 during a travel nurse assignment. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this unit to others. The location is great in the Fourth and Gill neighborhood. It is close to everything and very walkable. The unit is located in half of an updated historic home, with the other half of the house also being a short term rental. The unit had what I needed but didn’t have many “extras” that are often available with Airbnbs. The TV, towels, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils were new. The bedroom was upgraded to a king size bed prior to my arrival, which was different than the listing. Natalie notified me of this change before I arrived. It was easy to check in and Natalie was great with communication related to checking in, but I did not receive any check out instructions. Overall, this unit is a “no frills” accommodation, and I enjoyed my stay!

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The little touches, like fresh towels and extra dog bowls, made it feel extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Kristi’s place was as good as, if not better than, described. I don’t mind a little tranquility and seclusion so this location was perfect. Plenty of room, everything clean, comfortable beds and good communication from the host. I only used it as a waystation on my way north (originally from Florida) but it met my needs and then some. Julie’s place was lovely! It was a really nice space and clean. The information was really clear and easy to follow. Location is great if you’re interesting in hanging around / walking around downtown to do things. Overall would recommend staying there!

Thankful for this dog-friendly rental, and it’s so close to such a nice dog park. As mentioned in the listing, it did get quite loud at night from the downtown nightlife, but earplugs were provided (and used) and nightlife is expected in the area. If that’s something you’re okay with, great stay. Beautiful condo!

Clean and cozy, has all the amenities and stylish. The bed was comfy and the WiFi fast. The coffee was strong and the location was close to Y-12 for my business trip.

The apartment was cute, clean, and filled with amenities. It was comfortable and warm with a nice view and lots of daylight. Having parking was an added bonus. If I’m going to be objective, the shower was small for some people’s standards (not mine however, it was fine) and it takes just a bit to get hot. Otherwise, great stay. Would spend the night here again.

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.

We loved this place. It is bright, cherry and much attention was given to make it the most enjoyable stay. Personally, I very much enjoyed the vanity corner in the bathroom to apply my make-up in the morning. The location was great too with easy access to all the great spots in town. Finally, we loved having free parking. We had a fantastic two night stay.
