Super stylish apartment on in the Tree Streets. It's a highly walkable neighborhood right by downtown. The apartment really had character and I enjoyed my stay. Highly receommended.

Thank you so much for our stay! The place was beautiful, so clean, homey, easy to access, had super comfortable beds, plush towels, sooo many streaming apps available, full kitchen, great coffee shops/bakery/restaurants and cute local shops and drug stores all within walking distance. Hosts had some cute touches that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Host was super accommodating to a couple quarks in my travel which was greatly appreciate. We didn’t need anything while we were there however I know host would have been very responsive should something have come up with how responsive he/she was prior to my arrival. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will def stay again next time we are in the area!

Jennifer's place is great: centrally located, large rooms, very clean, and well furnished with everything you need. I felt comfortable in it the minute I walked in. The rooms are very large. She is very responsive to any questions. There is some noise associated with being downtown.

It was the perfect Home away from home. We were in town to visit ETSU open house and this little charming house was right next to the campus so it made it so easy and convenient for us. It was comfortable and truly enjoyed the couch after walking miles in the cold. It was a cozy place. Thank you.

Kenneth and Runae's attention to detail is second to none. The space was perfect for our needs! Beautiful space and peaceful surroundings. Friendly attentive hosts! My daughter wanted to move in :) Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The house was great for our group for an extended stay. 5 teenage boys and teen girl stayed busy at the house. Great setup. Host was fantastic. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. We had 2 families in town for ETSU campus tours and activities. House fit us perfectly. Only suggestion is a few more items for cooking in the kitchen. We needed a few more pots and pans but made do! The house is exactly as described and well maintained and clean. The location was peaceful yet right around the corner from all Johnson City has to offer! We will absolutely book again if we need a space big enough for us all!

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

Libby’s home was amazing. We came for the NASCAR race. It was super convenient to the track. And there were lots of shopping and restaurants near her home. Her home was also in an amazing area. We enjoyed the porch since the weather was so nice. There were cows across the street and for us city folks we really enjoyed hearing them. Libby’s home was beautiful. So very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft. We also enjoyed walking into the house to a wonderful scent. Libby communicated so well. We had no issues at the house but she did message to let us know that we could check in early if we arrived before 3. She also messaged us to make sure that we had no issues with access and had settled in well. I would recommend her home to anyone. We will be staying here again if she allows us to. Thank you, Libby, for being such an amazing host!

No issues. The place was as described. Check in process is different than listed on the instructions but it was only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, all good. Would recommend.

Carrie was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She is proactive and a very responsive communicator. The space was spotless and beautiful on the inside, just like the photos. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

We were at this rental during Tropical Storm Helene. With no electricity or cellular, we could not answer his emails or texts during our stay. He was very understanding once I was able to reach him. The neighbors were phenomenal--helpful and generous to us since we had very little food etc. Once this resort is up and running again, I recommend staying in this rental.

What a great stay!! Everything you needed was there coupled with a million dollar view. Bobby is on the money with instructions of the place and what to do . Loved it and will be back !!!!!

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.

A truly exceptional Air BnB, the best we have ever stayed in. The views across the Smokey Mountains are incredible and it was great to meet Stephanie and have a lovely chat, thank you :-)

Heather’s condo was lovely. It was much more quiet than I expected. Her coffee/ tea bar was a fun surprise; lots of goodies in there. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
