Great access to I-10, Texas Heritage Parkway, and Westpark Tollway/1093, easily commute to Katy/Fulshear/Brookshire, Sugar Land or Houston. Access to Texas Medical Center, and very close to the Energy Corridor and Katy Medical Center. King bed is super comfy so you can get the rest you need. Kitchen is stocked with a few breakfast items, snack basket, and small appliances to assist with preparing meal.

This 1.5 story home, located on a small family farm, has three bed rooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Your family will love their stay. The house sits on our family property which is on 10 ac res and it is located next to the owners house. We live on the property with our 3 kids it is a working ranch we have cows , horse, dogs and would love for y’all to come stay.
