I had a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the host was friendly and responsive. Everything went smoothly, and I enjoyed my time there. The only downside was that the bathroom and kitchen had a noticeable smell, which might be due to a piping issue. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon. Aside from that, everything was great and I would consider staying again!

the house is very clean, all accommodation in the house very suitable/comfortable, easy to reach UMK, nearest to Pantai Melawi, so next time I will repeat again stay here..

Was there for a work and business, but the place was so cozy and warm it felt like home immediately m. Even stressful times melt away. If I ever visit KB again, will definitely stay here again. Loved everything about this place. Thank you Aurastay.

Very comfortable. The basic facilities provided are complete enough for us 2 adults and 2 children. Clean, comfortable bedroom and toilet. Close to tourist attractions. On the ground floor there are several shops suitable for hanging out and chilling.

Great location and mohammad really friendly host who was always willing to help. The place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely love to stay here again on my next visit especially if they add a dryer!

Responsive owner, location very convenient, easy to access

Love the place. Very birght and airy with complete facilities. Host's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was also very responsive and helpful when my son left hia toy at the place. All in all it was a very good stay. TQSM

Mr. Gan was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. He even allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and very well-maintained. The kitchen came fully equipped with a large fridge, a water filter, and plenty of cooking utensils—including both electric and portable stoves, plus pans, plates, and glasses all in great condition. The bathroom was a highlight—beautifully designed, clean, with hot water, and stocked with shampoo, hand soap, and body wash. I absolutely loved it! The bedroom was equally impressive: super comfy bed, soft sheets, pillows, and a cozy comforter made for a great night’s sleep. The balcony offered a stunning view overlooking the river and city center. Parking was convenient, located close to the lift. There were eateries just a short walk away, and it was easy to order GrabFood as well. There's even a nice little café on the ground floor that serves light meals. Overall, highly recommended

The host very cool, friendly and responsive. I requested for early check-in and a bit late check-out. Near to Pasar Siti Khadijah and others viral place. Love the view from the balcony since the house at level 12 😍 I will repeat to stay there when I am coming to Kota Bharu next time 🥰

this was a great stay for me and my family! The apartment is so clean and beautiful - everything matched the photos and descriptions and it had everything we needed and more! Appreciate the tight and responsive communications throughout the process (booking, check-in etc.) and I really love the local recommendations that were shared! location wise - it is a stones throw away from a laundromat and many food options! highly recommend this beautiful and homely space for your home away from home! to our fantastic hosts: thank you for everything!

Owner was super helpful by providing us with proper and step by step guide for checking in and out. The place was ok, near to all tourist spots.
