Paddle a short distance across to the island or to the mouth of the lagoon and enjoy a picnic under one of our sun umbrellas. Have a dip in the mix of the fresh lagoon water and the Atlantic Ocean. In certain months of the year enjoy windsurfing at our door step too

A very relaxed vacation home situated in Voelklip (not a designer 5 star home). The house is fantastic for 2 families or a family travelling with Grandparents as the main en-suite is located at the end of the house with its own lounge and kitchen. Both lounges open up onto a huge patio which has amazing mountain views and is fantastic for entertaining. The second lounge area has 2 extra beds, so the house can accommodate 8 people (max 6 adults and 2 children) and your pets are welcome too.

Built from Larch & Spruce cured to a dark finish, this secluded one bed-roomed chalet blends into the surrounding Poplar forest nestled next to a running stream. A King size bed, a luxurious bathroom with sliding door onto deck for a indoor/outdoor shower experience. The living-room/ kitchen is stylishly furnished & is fully equipped, with under counter fridge & gas hob, and a wood burning fireplace. Big picture windows & sliding doors open onto the deck, drawing the peaceful forest inside.

Mountain & Sea Cottage

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

The best whale watching spot is a mere 300m away and we also see and hear the whales in season. It sometimes causes a lot of excitement!
