Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

This double story villa is one of two adjacent villas available. The villa is newly built and offers 2-bedroom 2-bathroom living with direct beach access. The 2 bedrooms both have balcony access that provide stunning sea views. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Close to the sea and well located in the town, it is easy to reach the main services such as groceries, post office, pharmacy, tobacconist's bar, all within a radius of approximately 200m. Its position makes the main tourist locations of the Costa degli Dei such as Tropea just 15 km away, Zambrone 11 km, Pizzo 15.3 km, Capo Vaticano 26 km easily reachable by car.

L' appartamento si trova a due passi dal mare e gode di ottima vista. È dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale con penisola, cucina, bagno, condizionatore e balconcino. Si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione. Vicinissima ad una delle spiagge più ambite di kitesurf a livello mondiale, da le B-club e Hangloose Beach.
